THRIVE offers a comprehensive and innovative approach to supporting individuals with spinal cord injuries (SCI) and paralysis across the continuum of care.

We provide support at every stage, from the initial acute care phase to long-term care. This approach delivers several key benefits:

    Navigating a health crisis can be overwhelming. The Thomas E. Smith Foundation is here to provide a compassionate and supportive ear, helping individuals, their caretakers and families navigate the early stages of paralysis. We offer:
