The Thomas E. Smith Foundation (TESF) is fully committed to designing and implementing the necessary strategies for the benefit of all injured persons, including the strategies that result from creativity and willingness to take risks.

We are committed to providing state-of-the-art equipment and resources necessary to enhance the mobility and access to the daily world of all persons, regardless of the extent of individual needs.
